What a successful 5 days of true health and life shifting experiences in Taos, New Mexico at the award winning El Monte Sagrado Living Resort and Spa™. Delicious, healthy food, private health consultations, raw food certification, morning yoga and evening yoga with live kirtan music, keynote award winning speakers and daily workshops on topics that ranged from raw chocolate making to heart rate training. For those who preferred to get in touch with nature there was hiking, whitewater rafting, hot air ballooning, and much more. Presentation topics included the power of intention (with demonstration), learning about the desires and limitations within your heart, and many reasons people experience grief. Another highlight was the dinner on Taos Pueblo, where an amazing family prepared a traditional dinner from the sacred land. 2012 info coming soon!
